My mother and I chose Signature to replace her roof and gutters and we are very glad we did. Bob Brown (the main point of contact) answered all of our many questions with complete patience, he reassured us, and was an attentive presence throughout the process. If you call him with a concern, he is on it! All in all it only took the Signature team 2 days to do the roof and they did a very good job cleaning up. They went above and beyond when they threw in a few fixes for us including the replacement of a piece of rotted wood siding that was near a gutter. They didn’t have to do that but they did and we appreciate those kindnesses very much. We really felt taken care of. We also feel that they’ve got our backs should problems or the need for adjustments arise down the line (that they will stand by their work). So we trust them, they gave us quality work, they are nice people, and they are on time!

We are so happy with our new siding. From the initial consult to the finish, Rob and Bob were so helpful and professional. About 25 years ago, my grandmother had used Vinylume for our family house. She raved about them so much that the name was engraved in my memory and when it was time for our new home to be remodeled, I contacted Rob who remembered my grandmother and my parents. We had just lost my mother and moved my father in with us. We bought a new house to suit our new needs and the new siding made it look like a brand new home. The project was so easy for us coming off renovating the inside and managing all the aspects of it. For the siding, everything was done for us and was a huge relief! Had house sided in Norwalk CT. Sales rep was on time for estimate and walk around house to explain the entire process. They had no problems during the install and left the job site spotless every day. Completed the job quicker than quoted.
Bob and his team were so professional, and did a great job. They were done in the time they said they would be and were very respectful and professional the whole time they were here.
