Fantastic work. They stripped off the old shingles and installed the new ones in a day (on New Year’s Eve no less). They also installed some larger gutters onto my back porch. I’m so glad I chose Signature Exteriors again, as I had them replace my siding a few years ago—which was also done quickly and professionally.

I had a very pleasant experience with Signature Exteriors and would highly recommend them for any siding project! From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, their team was super helpful and professional. Bob patiently stepped me through every part of the process, showing me pictures of exactly what work they would be doing on my house. He even made a 3D rendering of my house with the new siding color to help me visualize how it would look – that really helped solidify that I was working with the right people here! With the color of the siding being such a big decision, it was nice to be able to see what it would look like before committing. Throughout the whole process they were readily available to answer all my questions, no matter how small, and they kept me up to speed on where we were at in the project planning. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they started the project after the paperwork was finalized. The entire siding project was completed within a week, which included the residing of the full house and a detached garage. They did excellent work – its like I have a whole new house! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole team and the work they completed for me.

If you call him with a concern, he is on it! All in all it only took the Signature team 2 days to do the roof and they did a very good job cleaning up. They went above and beyond when they threw in a few fixes for us including the replacement of a piece of rotted wood siding that was near a gutter. They didn’t have to do that but they did and we appreciate those kindnesses very much. We really felt taken care of. We also feel that they’ve got our backs should problems or the need for adjustments arise down the line (that they will stand by their work). So we trust them, they gave us quality work, they are nice people, and they are on time!
